This small lavoir was very disappointing. It was restored in 2012 but the floor, which we assume had the wash basin in it, was completely tiled over. A hand pump was positioned in the outside wall and maybe that was the source of the water. Mutigny is in department 51 - Marne and we visited this lavoir on 5th November 2019.
