For a town that was in need of some love and attention this lavoir, dated 1829, was very well preserved. It now has locked metal gratings which are clearly opened sometimes as there appear to be information boards around the inside of the lavoir. This is right next to the Canal de Bourgogne and appears to have been fed via a sluice from the canal.
